In the sitting area, each loft has a triple place pull out sofa bed and flat TV.   Everything is well maintained and new. It also has a large bathroom with granite counter top and Cedar custom made cabinets, glass separation and beautiful modern ceramic tiles.

The fifth loft is the largest one (110) meter square, and is located on the top floor surrounded with windows. It has beautiful and a breath taking almost 360-degree view, it is perfect for a sunset romance. It has a large fully equipped luxurious kitchen with a granite top bar with chairs, stainless steel high quality appliances, gas operated stove, this loft has its own Pantry/storeroom. It has a modern living room, king size wooden bed, cedar custom made wardrobe cabinet, sofa bed and 8 people Chrystal glass top dining room. All luxurious and new.

The property also has 2 rooms around (43) meter square each. The first room has 2 double wooden bed, large patio doors on the west side and a Jacuzzi that has a breathtaking sunset view.  The room also has a full bathroom with a modern glass separated shower and ceramic tiles and a large Pantry. This room is large enough that you can add a kitchen to become a loft.

The second room has queen size bed with large windows on the mountain side. Also equipped with full bathroom with shower.

There is a laundry room that has 2 washing machines and one dryer, it has a Pantry/storeroom beside it.

In the pool area there is an extra simple room, separate bathroom, separate shower and change room. The majority of the pool area is paved with a stamped concrete.

The entertainment area consists of a beautiful covered rancho with Guanacaste wooden bar and its respected wooden seats and tables. There is an industrial type kitchen with a pizza cooking oven (gas operated) and French fries machine. You can enjoy making pizza, cooking, barbecuing while sipping wine and watching a sensational sunset around the 25 fts. infinity swimming pool, or submerging in the Jacuzzi. This spacious well equipped area around the pool is perfect for entertainment, events, spa, massages etc.

There are chairs to use for sunbath, also there is a green area equipped with hammocks where you can relax watching the gorgeous sunset.

The infinity pool and Jacuzzi are solar heated.

There are large paved terraces all around the property for social gathering. They are wheelchair friendly on the Est side of lofts and rooms exits and the pool area. Most terraces are made from stamped concrete, some of them has ceramic tiles.

There is one double door close garage with interior workshop area and small lockable storeroom.

The exterior parking area is paved with stamped concrete; it can accommodate 6 cars.

There is a solar system eliminating electricity cost to heat and run the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is a second separate solar system especially for the house hold hot water, it runs through the property with a tank of 1000 liter. Town water is on the property.

The climate is a perfect year around, natural ventilation is promoted through high ceiling and a lot of windows to keep the interior cool and controlled, there is no need for air condition, fan or heater.
